Now, it is time to choose your nutrition. Pick your favorite recipes for the week and print off your grocery list. Make sure you have your groceries bought and meals prepped by Sunday so you will be ready to go by Monday.

Come here every week to print off and plan your walking schedule. Keep your schedule in a visible place so it keeps you motivated. When you plan your schedule, take a picture and post it in the Tourism Gym Facebook Group by Sunday night so that I can add you to the leaderboard. Leaderboards restart every Monday!
