  • We always meet at a location where low cost or no cost parking is available.

  • We will typically provide an UBER back to the starting point.

  • We make frequent stops to take pictures, eat, and use the restroom. We have fun.

  • Wear comfortable and presentable workout clothes. Walking or running shoes with lots of support is a must. Sandals, Keds, wedges, or high heels are not appropriate.

  • Strollers are not permitted. This is your time to feel like the woman you are. We also cover a lot of different terrain that will prove hostile for a stroller.

  • Bring your ID, phone/camera, and money for whatever you like to purchase.

  • Tourism Gym runs tours rain or shine. It there is a storm, you will receive a rain check. If inclement weather happens during the tour, we will take an UBER to the main event and you will be given a rain check.
