Just how important is sleep? While we are sleeping, our brain is busy at work. Cleaning out toxins and preparing for the next day.
ASSIGNMENT.
It takes practice and effort to have a good night’s sleep. Follow the steps below to get quality 7-9 hours.
STEP ONE.
Decide what time you will go to bed. Choose a reasonable time to get up. Use the alarm clock to wake up instead of your phone.
STEP TWO.
Make a charging station for all of your electronics in another room besides your bedroom. Take a picture of your charging station and post in the Facebook Group.
STEP THREE.
Turn your thermostat to a cooler temperature like 72 degrees.
STEP FOUR.
Make your bedroom as dark as you can. Turn the clock face down.
