We are going to take a load off from our busy week. We are determined not to think of work, responsibilities, or anything that causes stress. We are ready to learn and have fun all while getting exercise! Here is our itinerary. Let’s have fun!

Monday Night Brewery.

Park your car and come on in. Monday Night Brewing is a hidden grove in Midtown Atlanta where you can enjoy 30 + original beers in an amphitheater, host an event, enjoy wood fired pizza, or if you are an early riser, enjoy a breakfast sandwich and some cold brew after a run.

Let’s get some exercise!

We will be enjoying a mini- adventure through Midtown ATL. We will enjoy 3.5 miles with some hills from Monday Night Brewing to Brunch at Bold Monk Brewing with some stops on the way! Before you leave your house, please check your shoes. If they do not look like these, please replace them.
