Many people think that the most important part of a fitness routine is the workout. Few of us understand how important the rest and recovery is to any training regime.
Give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done this week. Choose two of the recovery choices below.
Sleep.
Feel free to sleep in late today. Take your time. There is no rush.
Hydrate.
Make sure to drink plenty of fluids especially water. Other drinks to include hot tea and tart cherry juice.
Family Time.
Spend time with those you love. If you don’t live together, call someone you love.
Read a good book.
